Another ‘Must Have’ Product For Just $37

This is a pretty straight forward product, so there is no need to write a long sales letter for it. We all need headers for our websites and blogs, and this product will solve that problem for you.

There's a new kid on the block and in boxes all over the world are being filled to overflowing with offers to encourage you to sign up through their link.

Mass Something or other is being offered today at $37 it seems and everyone and his brother thinks you should buy it. The best offer on bonuses I saw so far is for about $3000 worth of products. On a $37 product? Are you kidding me?

There are only 200 copies of this software available. 200*$37=$7400 for the lot. Half of that will go on commissions to the affiliates. What crap is this?

It seems that products offered these days are all about the marketing and very little about the product. I guess that is one way to make money but it makes little sense to me.

I have no idea what this product is or does. The sales page & obligatory video of course, doesn't really answer any questions other than to say you just click and make thousands of dollars. If the seller is on;y making $7,400 on the deal maybe he should try using it himself and making a bit more than that in a day or two, according to his previous results he talks about.

I am sick of these crappy offers that tell you virtually nothing about the product and claim to have a limited number available which I just don't believe is true. It's all crap and on the basis of that I assume the product is crap too. It may be brilliant but using techniques like this makes me think it is just more rubbish to be added to hard drives everywhere so successful marketers can have a good life while all the poor struggling wanna-be's pay out yet more money and never make a dime.

If you want to buy it go ahead but keep in mind the refund guarantee and make use of it if the product is not as good as you hoped for.

Click the 'make new page' link and decide on a subject for your first article. Don't worry too much about the first one. Use it as a test run for learning how you go about writing, editing, adding extra features and so on. It is all very straightforward but it may seem a little strange at first like anything new does.

Having got your feet wet setting up and publishing your first page you can start developing things a bit more. There's an article here about How To Make $1000 Per Month On Hubpages which makes interesting reading and it seems perfectly doable to me.

All you have to do is write an interesting article when you have some spare time. At first you may wonder why you haven't made any money but stick with it. Write more articles and over time you will find more visitors reading your pages and more clicks on adverts which make you money.

You get the benefit of being part of an authority site that google rates very well and your articles have every chance of appearing near the top of the search engines and getting traffic to your hubpages. All this costs you nothing at all and you avoid the problems of managing websites and servers and registering domain names. I'm just going to have a brief rant here about my disappointment with a company I used to have a very good opinion about.

Three years and a couple of weeks ago I bought an LG monitor. Very fine it was two until the warranty ran out a couple of weeks ago and it stopped working earlier this week. I contacted the company thinking they would be as disappointed as I was that their product barely made it out of the warranty period so you can imagine my disappointment when they basically told me to get lost with the options of paying for an extended warranty or paying for a repair.

I didn't expect to get a new monitor for nothing but I did expect them to care that their product had failed. I won't ever buy another LG product after this experience but it could so easily have been different.

A lesson in marketing here is that if you get a customer for life you can make a lot of money from that customer and they are happy to pay you money. For a small cost to the company they could have reassured me that their brand was something special and goodness only knows how many products I would have bought from them in the future. Instead of that they have now lost a customer and I will in future advise people to avoid the brand.

You may have heard there is another expensive system out on the market recently and there will be another one along tomorrow or next week. I say you 'May' have heard but if you are on any auto responder lists you will probably have got sick of having to delete yet more emails promoting the product today.

I guess we should not e too surprised. Here is a marketing lesson. Get lots of people on your list with free giveaways and when a big expensive launch comes along, hammer that list. Beat them into submission with a million emails and make them visit the sales page any way you can so you get the cookie on their computer and then hope they buy the package and you get the sale.

I don't know but I would guess the commission is in the region of 50% or so. 50% on a $2000 package is sweet music to the ears of any internet marketer. It is probably worth risking upsetting your list members for such a prize. No wonder there are so many impressive sounding bonuses being offered if you sign up through a particular marketers link.

Is this system worth the money? I have no idea. The build up was well done and it certainly developed a lot of interest. Interest is one thing but whether the package really offers anything significantly new remains to be seen. If you have the money and are prepared to put the work in then it will most likely work for you. Most systems, whether they cost $20 or $2000 seem to offer a route to success if you put the work in and follow the guidelines but most packages never really get used fully.

Unfortunately for the shoals of wannabe internet marketers the sharks are swirling around eager to take a bite out of your wallet and ask yourself this. If their product, guide, system or course is so effective why don't they spend their time working on it rather than selling it on to you? How successful is their system really and if it works why don't they simply outsource it to benefit themselves?

Think before you spend any money and make damn sure if you do buy a system you follow it rather than dithering about with it for a while and then give it up full of disappointment and the feeling that you may have been ripped off. Just about anything works if you put enough effort into it.

If you found the secret to making money online, would you tell everybody else about it? I would say it is unlikely if you thought that other people knowing meant that you would make less money. There are plenty of ways to make money and thousands of different niches to focus on but if you had a specific answer to making money would you give it away?

So when you see people offering to sell you the secret you should ask yourself some questions.

1) If it makes thousands of dollars for a few hours work why are you selling it for $19.99,$47 or even $99? If it takes just a few hours to make a few hundred or a few thousand dollars it makes more sense for them to use their own system to make money rather than sell it and make less.

2)Is the system they are offering a complete package capable of achieving what they claim. If they try to sell you upgrades after you have purchased you should ask yourself if they are not being a little less than honest when the sales page claims to offer you the solution by itself. It could be they offer a way to automate the process that you would otherwise have to spend hours of tedious work to complete and that may be fair enough, so long as the sales page explains it will take you hours of tedious work unless you buy their upgraded package.

3) Is this a system that worked a year or two ago but is unlikely to work now? Many systems worked by hoodwinking the search engines in some way or another and the search engines are keen to close these loopholes as soon as they discover them.

4) How long did it take them to get all those visitors, or to make all that money. Claims like, I made xxx dollars in 1 hour 25 minutes sound great but it could be they spent 1 hour 25 minutes setting a website up and then months afterwards getting backlinks and promoting the site.

I am not picking on any particular seller or sales page here. All I am saying is that you should question any claims made and try to understand how much work will be required to use any of the plans, guides and systems on offer.

The simple fact is that most systems will work if you do it right and put enough effort and WORK into it. Yes, work. We may all dream of sitting on a beach enjoying the relaxing sound of the waves but most people who make a living online do have to spend quite a few hours actually working.

Pick a system that you understand and work at it. Focus is the key ingredient every successful person shares. You need a plan and you need to stay focused on the plan. Don't go getting side tracked by what someone with more mouth than trousers says on some forum. Many of the people who talk loudest on forums have very little actual experience and they are spouting off what they read somewhere else.

Put the effort into whichever system you plan to use and keep at it. Results may take a while to appear. Often it will be a couple of months before any significant changes will take place in the search engine results. There will be ups and downs and times when you wonder if you are wasting your time but stick with it and keep focused on each task until it is complete and the results will follow.

Learning is an important part of managing any business and you do need to stay up to date on what is happening but be careful with your time to ensure you don't end up wasting the time you could and should have been working building and promoting your websites.

The key lesson is to find the map to show you the right way and then remain focused on what you are doing and do it well until you complete it. That is the secret to success in business both online and off.

Before the internet appeared on the scene keywords would probably have been thought of as the important words in a speech or article but now keywords have a similar but far more important role.

When we talk about keywords we are talking about the words and phrases that people use that are specific to what they are looking for or what you are writing about on your blog or website. In this article the word "KEYWORDS" itself is the important keyword but keywords can mean a phase of 3,4 or even more words. It describes a word or words that people type in to a search engine search box and it is the word or words that you try to include in your web page title, heading and article so the search engines know what your page is about and, hopefully, they decide to rate your page well for that keyword and put you near the top of the search results when people search for that phrase.

The only problem is that we have no idea what people are searching for. You might think an article about 'trimming poodle toenails' will prove very popular but the reality may be that nobody, and I mean nobody, is searching for that particular phrase. The result will be that having slaved over your keyboard to produce a great article about that subject, nobody ever visits your web page. We need to know what people are looking for BEFORE we start writing that superb article for our website.

For some time now it has been possible to make use of the Google Keyword Tool to give you a lot of ideas but it has something of a reputation for inaccuracy when it comes to the numbers and it is limited in how many results it supplies you with. It is a whole lot better than nothing but we need something better to know what popular and more obscure search terms people really use.

Now the search engines care about this too. They want to make life easier for people using their search engines so they provide hints on what you might be searching for. When you start typing a search phrase on the main search engine pages it will pop up a list of things you might be searching for. These are lists of pages that people typed in before so we know these are popular search terms. If only we could capture all that valuable information.

We talk about building traffic to our websites but the reality is we are trying to build up the popularity of the website. We need to make the website interesting enough that people have a reason to visit.

You can copy and past some of the content from a sales page on Amazon or Clickbank and add your affiliate link but what does that page offer a visitor that makes the page stand out in the search engines?

If you want to get the free traffic from search engines your page needs to be different. Forget about duplicate content penalties and whether they really exist or not. The true penalty is that if you have the same page as several other people there is no reason for the search engines to put your page in front of the others.

The last thing the search engines like Google want to do is display a page of very similar results. They go to great lengths to provide accurate and appropriate results because they know the person searching does not want ten results all giving the same information.

If you do something different and offer a slightly different interpretation of that same information together with your own opinions on the product or service you have a chance of making your page stand out from all the others.

You are reading this page because it offers you my opinion of a subject. You would not read it if it was the same as five other pages you already read today. It may not make the first page of the search engines for any particular term but at least it is different.

Search engines do not hate you and they are not trying to prevent you achieving success with your online business. It may feel like that sometimes but the reality is that they are in business too and their business is satisfying the people who use their websites so they continue to use them again and again.

You should try to do the same. Make sure that your pages offer your visitor something worth looking at. Make sure that your visitors would be happy to use your site again another time. Offer them a worthwhile experience.

Time seems to be in short supply these days because there are so many things we do and ways of using it. Most people do not want to spend their lives reading junk on the internet. Most want to find what they are looking for quickly and easily so, if your site can help them achieve that aim and they either click on an advert or buy a solution through your website both you and they will be happy.

All the backlinks in the world don't make a web page worth visiting so make sure that whatever page you are promoting with articles, blog comments and all the other ways people promote websies, just make sure there is something worthwhile for the visitors and web traffic that you get.

You quite often see successful and experienced marketers commenting or complaining about how negative a lot of people are on forums when talking about making money online. They have a point and there is a lot of negativity out there. Oftentimes the negativity is unfair in relation to the specific product or technique being discussed but while in any situation there will be both positive and negative people I think there is a particular reason why there is so much negative opinion around.

How many times have you bought a product that gave you the impression that it would help you make your fortune? How many fortunes have you made? Not too many I bet. Some will always achieve success but for many it seems to elude them whatever they buy and whatever they do.

Almost every internet marketing product claims to be the solution to your financial worries and when you hand over you money you sort of have the feeling that you will make your money back time and time again. If that doesn't happen and you buy product after product and it never seems to do anything other than empty your wallet it can make you very cynical and very negative.

It has become common practice that after you agree to buy one product you are offered yet another as an 'upsell' at a special price. It makes good sense for the seller to try to encourage you to buy more while you are in the buying mood. Sometimes the upsell really will help to automate or assist with the main product being sold but if you have been sold on the idea that the main product is the solution to making a success of your online enterprise and making lots of money you would be right to question whether you should need anything else.

So often, it seems, the marketers who are claiming to make so much money are doing so by selling you stuff about how to make money online. Nothing new here as selling the idea of how to get rich has always been a lucrative business in the offline world for decades, perhaps hundreds of years.

The classic tale of this type of business is the advert in the newspaper or magazine that offers to sell you the secret to how to make a few hundred or thousand dollars so you send off your $10 or whatever and back comes a single sheet of paper with the secret information. It tells you to put an advertisement in the paper offering to sell the secret to making money for ten dollars.

Maybe the crazy thing is that it can work, you proved it by sending the ten dollars off but the point is that by appealing to eager and even desperate people you can sell them on a dream and deliver very little.

If you read some of the guides sold on how to make money on the internet you will be told to produce your own product in as little as three days. They say it doesn't matter if you don't know the subject you are writing about just knock something out and start selling it. I don't know about you but when I buy a book in an offline bookstore I expect that author to have slaved over that book for rather more than a couple of days and I expect them to know something about their subject matter.

There is so much trash being published online now that people will be turned off by the idea of ebooks. If you bought an ebook written in pigeon English by someone who doesn't understand the subject matter you would be extra cautious the next time you were tempted to spend money.

There is a lot of good stuff out there that can help you make money online but there is also a lot of poor quality information that may only explain a small part of an overall business plan yet it is sold as being the solution to your money worries for life. Other guides are sold that may have passed the time when they were effective at doing what they claim to do. What worked well two years ago may not be so effective now, not least because there are so many people who have been persuaded they can make money online and are proceeding to produce blogs and websites. The competition is intense.

The reality is that it gets harder to make money online and you have to be smarter than the next guy. you need to understand how to market products and you need to promote your websites and blogs. You need to learn but you need to be cautious of claims of rapid success. It can happen and probably happens every day for someone but it is also probably true that someone wins a lottery everyday somewhere but the odds are against any particular individual being the winner.

There is a lot of free information online that will help you build a business online. Focus on one plan and stick with it for a while to see if it achieves some results for you. Most systems work if you persevere. Article marketing, blog commenting and taking part in forums will all help build visitor numbers on your website but if you just do a bit and then sit back it may not work out so good.

You need to be focused on what you plan to do and get on and do it. Thinking about doing it won't make you wealthy.

Nothing beats experience and unless you walk the walk you should be cautious about talking the talk. Inexperienced people frequently seem to mislead other beginner online marketers and prospective online business owners but that is the downside of everybody having a voice on the internet. With so much general babble it is sometimes difficult to distinguish the genuine, experience based knowledge from the chatter of the enthusiastic but inexperienced.

We are all entitled to an opinion but when we are saying emphatically that something is the case we should be talking with knowledge and experience of putting those ideas into practice and making them work for us. Too many seem eager to relay what they have read elsewhere that may or may not be correct and they wouldn't know because they never tried it.

So, if you want to run an online business for free you can. Get yourself a hubpage and write about a product. Get a blogger blog and tell the world about your service. Just be careful what you read and don't assume that because someone has a gazillion posts on a forum they must know what they are talking about. It is interesting to see many people with a lot of posts to their name writing about how they plan to set up a blog soon and start making money online. To those people I say, Stop wasting your time writing forum posts and start writing some content on your own blog.

The cost of setting up your own website with your own domain on your own rented hosting space is minimal. We are talking around $20 to get started and $75 tops, for a year. It is not a huge amount of money yet we see people grumbling about the cost of it. OK, I know times are hard and some people dream of having twenty dollars left at the end of the month. I understand that. If that is you go the free route. Set up Hubpages, Squidoo lenses and write articles for EzineArticles, Goarticles and Article Dashboard. You can make money using free resources and if you are really short of cash start that way.

Most people can afford $20 dollars to spend on various different things and it is only a question of priorities that prevents them. If you can afford to go to a movie you can probably afford to own your own website, run your own online business and potentially make a bit of money. It will cost you around $9 to $10 dollars to register a domain name, from $5 per month for server space. (My server recommendation Is Hostgator. Click here for more info) You might possibly make a lot more than your twenty dollars and you might multiply that number by ten, hundreds or even thousands of times. It is possible but that is not to say it is easy and it requires work, knowledge and dedication together with a slice of good luck.

If you decided to run a real brick and mortar business, how much do you suppose that would cost you? You probably need finance of around $50,000 to $100,000 to run just about any serious realworld business these days so what is twenty dollars? $20 is what it would cost you to get your shop window cleaned before opening. It is a tiny and insignificant amount of money to run a business with.

I know what it is like to struggle to pay the bills. I know how hard it can seem to get an online business generating decent returns that enable you to live a comfortable life but if you want to run your own online business and build something worthwhile that can earn you real money you have to be prepared to invest something into your business.

Now I am not saying you should spend the rent money on internet marketing products. I say exactly the opposite. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose buying ebooks, guides and courses. Spend time researching for free instead but don't avoid ever getting started. Use the free route. It works and it can earn you some money to invest in your own domains and server space.

Note I said invest. You are not in this to spend money for the sake of it. When you buy a product or a service for your internet marketing business you should be buying with a purpose. Figure out how this new purchase will fit in with your business and how it will improve your efficiency, your returns or your visitor numbers.

What is an online business? IT'S A BUSINESS. Businesses are there to make money, not to keep spending money on the latest hyped up idea that everyone is telling you is essential to your business. It may be essential and it may be effective but it also could just be that these guys and gals promoting it will make some money from convincing you to buy it and they may never have even seen the product before.

I must declare an interest here. I have my automated offers blog attached to this site and while I do like a reccommend the wordpress plugin that runs the publishing of these offers which only costs about $5 if you are interested, I have no idea what is being published on there. It has new products and offers appearing most days. I look at them now and again but they appear as if by magic and I have no experience or knowledge about them. Most seem pretty good and they are usually priced very reasonably but you have to make the choice and decide if they are suitable or not. Don't listen to me or trust the salespages to tell you if you should purchase or not. Use your own judgment and make up your own mind.

There is a lot of good information out there for free and lots of good reports and guides available for just a few dollars. If you want to run your own online business then you should approach the whole thing as a business person and be prepared to invest, what you can afford, in yourself and the business. Avoid the temptation to buy everything out there. Be selective, think about your reasons and benefits for buying anything and how it can help you make money online.

If you had a real bricks and mortar store you wouldn't buy everything from every salesman who walked in and offered you their goods and nor should you do that online. Spend more time working on your websites and less time reading sales pages and participating on forums and you might actually find you are beginning to build an online business.

You may have got yourself a few backlinks from blog commentating and maybe a few hubpages links, even a few from squidoo or some blogger blog links but it takes a lot of time and it's hard work and while we don't mind a bit of hard work on the road to success with our internet business we would prefer to do more productive things than to numb our brains to death looking for blogs to comment on wouldn't we?
